The Building Department provides for zoning enforcement in the Town, as well as enforcing the Massachusetts State Building Code. This includes issuance of building permits, electric permits, plumbing/gas permits, and mechanical permits.
Print form and bring to Building Department with appropriate fees.
Fees are subject to change. Confirm fee schedules with the Building Department.Permits are not refundable or transferable.
